Unless otherwise noted in a superseding contract, no Universal Curve products or services are returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
No Universal Curve products or services are exchangable for any other products or services under any circumstances.
The Vizible advertising system requires a non-refundable and non-creditable signup processing fee. This fee is not a credit.
All outstanding pre-paid credit on the Vizible system will be returned to a customer upon account termination within 90 days, less any outstanding fees and debts. Universal Curve reserves the right to return such funds through any means deemed reasonable, as Universal Curve's discretion and customer's sole expense, and will attempt to honor any requested methods upon written notification of preferences.
